Return Policy

This policy describes cancellation, rescheduling, and refund handling for professional workplace guide services delivered in the United States.

Service confirmation

Programs are confirmed after both parties agree on scope, timeline, and applicable payment terms.

Cancellation requests

Clients may request cancellation in writing. Requests submitted at least 10 business days before start are reviewed for partial or full refund eligibility based on preparation stage.

Rescheduling options

If timing changes are needed, clients may request one no-fee reschedule when notice is provided at least 7 business days before the planned session.

Completed service segments

Work already delivered, including completed workshops and finalized guide assets, is not refundable.

Dispute resolution

Concerns can be submitted in writing with project details. We review requests transparently and respond with available options under applicable law.

Consumer notice

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws.
